Aquarium & Bus Convention (NAN II)

  • We are enjoying a quiet evening at home. Bob is tinkering with the aquarium. He is experimenting with some kind of superglue to attach a coral fragment to a larger rock. Sounds a little iffy to me. We'll see if it still holds in the morning.
  • Another interesting experiment in the tank is a rock covered with a piece of fishnet panty hose (bought just for this purpose, I might add)! Between the rock and the stocking are two tiny mushrooms--one red and one blue. Without the stocking, they just drift aimlessly about the tank. The stocking should hold them in place until they attach themselves to the rock. Bob hopes to have this rock covered with a red and blue mushroom "quilt" in a few months. I'll try to post pictures when I get the camera batteries charged.
  • I am looking forward to attending Bus Convention next week in Camby, Indiana, along with my cousin Crystal, Aunt Becky, my sister Liz and her family, and my sister-in-law Leora and her baby. I am hoping to get new ideas and to re-focus on our Kids Club at church.
