It is my weekend to work so I have been listening to Brother MR McCrary speak at Frankfort Bible Holiness Church. His message reminded me of a picture I have on my dresser. Some days I feel like I am on the Potter's wheel.
Dizzy on the Potters wheel I reel -
Under the pressure of His hand.
Water splashes over me -
I choke and gasp for air.
He cuts off softened chunks -
Refines the shape -
Remolds the inner core.
He whistles softly as He works.
I listen... to the soothing sound -
And slowly learn...
Relax. And wait -
For the Sovereign shape
Imagined in His mind.
