Happy Birthday, Aunt Lizzy! We wanted to call but figured you would appreciate being allowed to sleep in on your _____ birthday! I have one kid on my lap and then other on my shoulders brushing my hair. Together they are arguing about who gets to hold the purple foam cross Boy B made in Kids Club. He is dismayed that I have already pushed "B"--he was wanting to type his name.
Here's a message from Boy B:
zbnnmmmmmmmm,,,,,,,,xxxxxxxnmnmmmmmmmmm,./QWasdfghjkl;'ash/jHhhas
And, now, Girl B:

(There are a bunch of spaces after the 2!)
Most of my readers know my sister Liz. She is one of my dearest friends. Love ya, Liz!! Happy Birthday, Little Sister! I stil remember peering over the edge of the bassinet at her--I came home from school and there she was in the living room. That was one of the sweetest moments of my life--I think I was in 1st grade. Us kids have always gotten along well--sharing joys and tears alike. We are very close and hope someday we will live close enough to be together more--in the meantime, keep a generous cell phone plan! I am so proud of you, Liz! Have a great day!

Ahhhhh . . . yes, we did sleep in. We had company till after 11 last night . . . then right after we got up Darrell got a phone call and he sounded like he was trying to convince someone not to commit suicide, seriously. He said, "I'll be back." And ran out the door. I have no idea what's going on, but I know it must be serious since he would not just leave w/o explanation normally. So, yes, please call. I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with our DVD player on the computer!
Love you! Liz
Shar,

Shar....thank you for the nice tribute to Elizabeth....all of my children and their families are the GREATEST!!
The song...."Does anybody see her" is awesome, too.
