A little out of the box...

Bob works at a sheltered workshop that also has a thrift store associated with it. This mirror and table were among things to sell. They were created by www.sticks.com take a look at their stuff. Everything is it's own work of art. We got a good deal on this pair and it looks awesome with my Fiestaware dishes! I wasn't sure I liked them at first but they are growing on me. They are interesting, colorful, and whimsical--they make me smile. No two pieces of Sticks furniture are the same and each are hand made.

The mirror is very heavy and we just set it on the floor for now, that's why you can see the table and chair legs. This is one end.

This is the other end. The quotes across the top say, " Colors like features, change with emotions." and "I don't seek, I find." Both are quotes from Picasso. This furniture was used in a coffee shop called "Picasso's"--thus, hte Picasso quotes.
It's a table for two. Each person has their own scene and the sky meets in the middle. One is an astronaut drinking a cup of coffee and the other is a farmer drinking a cup of coffee--with a horseshoe in it! There are quotes carved into the table but I can't remember them at the moment.
