Fun Weekend

(Grrrrrr...once again I can't get the pictures to load the right way. I think maybe at least the text won't be all crunched on the side of the screen like last time...baby steps, baby steps...)

• We have had a great weekend. Our good friends Jason and Leah Knight were in town for Jason's Grandpa's wedding. After the wedding, Bob, Jason and his dad Phil went fishing. Bob's mom has a gorgeous pond. Bob caught this catfish--there were other catches, too, but this one was the best. (At least by some kind of fishometer fisherman seem to have born in their brains.)
• We had never met Jason's parents and really enjoyed getting to know Phil and Carrie. (Come back and visit soon, you two!) Carrie stayed at the hotel and took care of baby Jovan for Jason and Leah.
• While the guys fished Leah and I yakked and yakked and, well, you get the picture. It was refreshing and fun. Afterwards, Phil went back to the hotel to stay with Carrie and "Boogerman" (as he calls Jovan).
• We went to St Louis Pizza with Jason and Leah. We laughed and talked and shared and dreamed together. It is always good to be with friends. Thanks for a good time guys, we hope to see you all again soon!!
