Today Bob and I took our first official foster placement (not respite) today. Meaning, we now have a 3 year old girl and a four year old boy living with us. I can't post pictures or give any more info right now but we are excited and things have been going well so far.
We have been running around like crazy making appointments, phone calls, filling out paperwork, and kid-proofing our house. I'm too wired to sleep but I think I must if I am going to keep up with these two!
This weekend will find us dredging garage sales and thrift stores for a few outdoor toys, clothes and maybe a few indoor toys. Blogging may be scarce for a while!

Yah! We do foster care and have adopted our four kids from foster care. Our oldest were 3 and 4 when we got them. If you ever want to swapp stories I would love to chat. I have an email link on my blog.
